Chic of the week #262

What a great turn out for my last challenge at Just Us Girls! It was sooooooo difficult to pick the chic this week, but I went for a very stunning clean and simple card by Anita. I love pink and the simplicity of the card really made it stand out from the others!

JUGS #262 Trend Challenge

Hi Everyone! Sue T. here with this week's trend challenge. I love the trend challenges and this has been one of my favorites for the past several months- OMBRE. For those of you who don't know what ombre is it is a shaded or graduated tone of color. You can see this trend from clothing to furniture to hair color, so naturally it has seeped into stamping. Still not sure please check out what our guest designer Wanda and the design team have come up with and show us your ombre designs.

Now on a sad note and with a heavy heart, I have stepped down as a designer for JUGs. As the saying goes "life just got in the way", what with a new FT nurse coordinator job and graduate school. I will be checking out what our designers are creating and hope to play along myself when time permits. It has been a great year and the JUG girls are an awesome group to work with!

I was so excited by the number of entries this week!  Thanks to all who participated to make our Word Challenge- Celebrate such a success!  I have struggled trying to pick a winner this week.  The cards were all so wonderful, but I kept coming back to one.  So, here we go..........................

I have to admit that I had never seen a bendy card before, so this fascinated me.  I loved all of the wonderful details she added to this, the colors, the balloons, the cats.  It was beautifully done!
