Chic of the Week #433

We had a lot of great entries in the Photo Challenge this week and I thank you all for participating.   It was difficult to pick just one but in the end I had to choose this card by Patti Kehl.

The softly colored flowers, the texture from the die cut panel and the little sentiment tag all spoke to me.

Chic of the Week for Challenge #431~Mythical/Magical

Hello,

WOW!  Thank you to all who participated in my 'first' challenge; your cards were a combination of mythical and magical delights! Believe me: choosing the Chic of the Week was no easy feat!

The winner of this week's challenge...drum roll....is:

Wei's card takes us on a journey to a magical kingdom, complete with a unicorn, carriage and castle on the outside. Inside, we're charmed by a pop-up knight, princess and castle, along with an adorable dragon flying overhead.  She's even created extra paper dolls to round out the scene! Mythically marvelous in every way!

Just Us Girls #431~Trend Week: Mythical or Magical

Carol here, warmly welcoming you to this week's Just Us Girl's Trend Week, featuring my theme choice of mythical/magical. I've been reading the quite engaging The Land of Stories series (I know, I know...young adult fiction!) and so enjoy being transported to the enchanting fairy-tale world...complete with delightful twists and turns! That fueled my inspiration...as did the sets of adorable dragons, unicorns, fairies and mermaids sitting on my desk!

Happy Friday!!  Sorry to be coming in so late with the Chic of the Week post.  With the storm we had here in the east we haven't had internet.  Luckily though we had power.
