Chic of the Week #482

Thank you to all the designers who submitted their wonderful house cards to our challenge this week.  We had single houses, whole neighborhoods and even a bird house and a lighthouse.  It was a difficult choice but this card got my attention right away.

Chic of the Week #478

We had a great turn out for this week's challenge and I want to thank you all for using your background stamps to make such fabulous cards.  Some of you used your stamp as the main focus of your card and others used it as a background to other images.  With such variety it was very difficult for me to choose a winner and I went back and forth between several cards before I finally settled on this one.

Hannelie is our Chic of the Week. 

I love the colors of inks she chose and how she used them to watercolor the Doodle Circle stamp.  The gold embossed sentiment is festive and a great compliment to the background .

Well, not many played, but those who did , did an amazing job using the embossing technique.  It was hard, but I chose Stef Perry.  Her card, while beautiful with the silver embossing, went above with making it a shaker card too!  Well done~
