Chic of the Week #19!!

Soooooo, WOW!

I have LOVED all of the entries for this week's sketch challenge. I must say I'm in LOVE with so many of the creations that were posted here! I know I say it every time, but it really is a TOUGH decision!

I would like to congratulate our Chic of the Week #19 - LeAnne Pugliese!! Here's her card:

This caught my eye from the moment I saw it. Clean, Simple, and fabulous. I love the touches of ribbon, and the buttons, just gorgeous!

and last, but CERTAINLY not least -- I just ♥ Genetta's Bugaboo bird on a swing -- it's super sweet, and makes me feel all warm and fuzzy all over :).

Just Us Girls Challenge #19 - Sketch

Good Morning and Happy Weekend to you all!!

This week at Just Us Girls, we have a sketch challenge for you all!  Today marks the first challenge of February, and with this new month, we have a new guest designer, please be sure to give a warm welcome to Iwona Palamountain - our Guest Designer for February!!  Regular particpants may recognize Iwona's 'linky name' as Chupa.

I LOVE circles, and find I just don't use them enough in my designs.  Let's give those circle cutters and punches a workout this week, what do you say????  Here's this week's sketch:

Chic of the Week #18

Well!  What a week of wonderful banners!  I want to congratulate everyone who took on the challenge and made a pretty banner for your home or to decorate a card.  I enjoyed visiting each and every entrant.  As always, it is difficult to pick just one  but I found myself coming back to the wonderful details of the banner crafted by Melissa Sauls!

Melissa treated each panel as it's own masterpiece and also created her own DP with stamps.  I adore the glitter letters and crepe paper pinwheels.   I hope you'll click on the photo to zoom in on the wonderful details.  Marvelous Melissa!
