Chic of the Week #27

Oh my!  Let me tell you that it was HARD selecting one overall favorite this week!  You all did an AMAZING job with the sketch challenge...just beautiful work from everyone ♥  After LONG debate, I selected the talented Ms. Rosemary D's card:

Isn't this sweet?!  LOVE the beautiful color palette and the subtle, distressed edges of the white panel that backs the beautiful blue patterned paper.  That contrasting kraft paper is just lovely, as is the gorgeous flower that creates the lovely focal point of her card!  Rosemary, please email me and I will send your well deserved Chic of the Week badge!

Just Us Girls Week 27 - Sketch Challenge

Hi everybody! Welcome back to another fantastic JUGS challenge :] Today I'm hosting (Kristin :) and offering a fun sketch:

Her work is gorgeous and she is one of our oh-so-faithful JUGS followers! WELCOME SUE!!! We're so happy to have you ♥ You may notice that I don't have a sample to share this week. Weird, being that I'm the hostess, right? Yes...I know. Unfortunately I'm smack dab in the middle of moving and my craft room is disassembled into a bunch of boxes right now :[ Hopefully I can set it up swiftly at the new place and get things organized in order to start playing along with my favorite teams again next week. I'm crossing my fingers!! BUT, don't fret, the rest of the team came through in a big way! Speaking of Design Team - be sure to stop by and leave Tracey a little love. Tracey has decided to step down from the JUGS team so she can focus more on her family. We all understand that for sure. Today is her last post. Tracey, we will miss you! Chic Of The Week #26

Hi Everyone! Thanks so much to all of the participants who joined along with Just Us Girls & thought "outside the card"! There were so many fun & creative projects! It is never an easy to task to pick just one winner.

Melissa's caught my eye:

Talk about thinking outside the card... Melissa didn't own a template so she designed her own!!! So creative & original! All the detail really tickled my fancy! The pearls, the butterfly embellishment & all the paper piercing looks fabulous! Congratulations Melissa! I will be sending you the JUGs Chic of the Week badge!
