JUGS #73 - Envelope Gift Box!

Greetings to all of our Just Us Girls fans. Pam here as the hostess this week and I've got a template for you to try. We've all been making some fantastic floral or other 3D embellishments to add to our cards but sometimes our cards are getting too bulky to fit in an envelope anymore. Well, with this template the problem of bulky cards is solved!!

We want you to make an "Envelope Gift Box" to hold a bulky card with a fancy embellishment. Here's a link to the tutorial on SCS. You may make a card AND an envelope box to match OR you may start with a "bulky" card you've already made and make an envelope gift box to match. Just be sure to show us both the card and the box. We'd love to see how you matched them up.

JUGS #72 Color Challenge

Hello!

Kathryn here with a color challenge for us this week and YES I do believe spring is coming round the corner soon with the month of February more then half over it just has to be!!! So I've chosen what I feel is a nice springy color combo for us to work with this week (kraft, melon berry and light aqua).

I have some awesome news to share with everyone this week...we at Just Us Girls have chosen a new team member to fill the spot that was left when Alicia stepped down from the team in January. Not that I know her personally so to speak but in blog land she is one very talented and fun lovin' gal who is sure to be a wonderful addition to our team so... without further ado let me introduce to you Elise Durenberger.
