Hello JUGs fans! Lisa here with a new technique challenge brought to you by Just Us Girls. This is a favorite of mine. It's called "ghosting" and I learned this technique at a Wendy Vecchi class last year. There's a link to the technique on Splitcoast Stampers here. But instead of using Versamark ink, try using a white pigment ink, heat setting it before applying ink over it. Then use darker inks to make the image appear as a "ghost". That's the way I learned the technique and the results are very cool!
Let's see what the girls have done with this technique.
Deadline to be considered for the "Chic of the Week" is 9:00 PM EST on Thursday, November, 17th. The Linky Tools form will close at that time. Our top pick, "Chic of the Week", will be announced on the following Friday morning.
Looking forward to seeing what you all come up with! Have fun!

Fantastic cards ladies. Never heard of this technique before, it seems so fun, don't have white ink though :(
How cool is that. Can't wait to get started... Thanks for the inspiration.
Dora...you can use Versamark too. Try that!
Christine, I love your card...I love the way the background came out with this technique! I had trouble leaving a comment on your blog...so sorry!
I ALWAYS have the same problem, Christine! It's not that you aren't loved - even with the English translation, I can never seem to comment on your wonderful work! SORRY! Your card IS lovely! Hope you see this!
I'm with Dora, I have never heard of this technique before either. It was so much FUN! Thanks!
