Chic of the Week #509 - Trend Week

We had a lot of wonderful entries in our "Frame It!" Challenge this week and I want to thank you all for creating a card for it.  I'm glad we had such a great response but that made it difficult to pick a winner.  After going back and forth I finally settled on this card.

Fran not only had one frame but several that all worked together beautifully without distracting from each other.  And she made a matching envelope although that didn't enter into my decision.
