Chic of the week #87

Hello!

Once again another challenge has come to a close and that means it's time to reveal our Chic of the week!  The honor this week goes to Kim O'Connell.  I just love the polka dot background and the perfectly colored flowers! 

I just love going around and seeing how everyone interprets a sketch!  I can only say that we have some  of the most clever and talented followers out there in blog land!  This is a tough job narrowing it down to just one of you!
